Orders received on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday, except on holidays. If under a pound we ship via USPS 1st Class. If over a pound we will ship via Priority Mail, UPS, Fed Ex depending on what is most efficient and cost effective. Media items will ship either via Media Mail or 1st class. We pack orders careful to insure quality and safe delivery. If the tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your item you may have experienced pourch theft. Contact your local PO, they should help track down what else may have happened to your package. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do if the item is shown to be delivered. To bad, but we hear of this to often. We will combine shipping when possible to save you shipping cost. If ordering more than 1 item you may be charged for 2 separate shipping fees.
