Primary Responsibility:
This role is responsible for maintaining, coordinating and organizing all Process Safety Management (PSM) related compliance documentation. This position will also perform other general administrative duties including, but not limited to data entry, ordering parts and supplies, filing, supporting the SAP training and supporting the PSM task team members.
Essential Functions:
Review and maintain all supporting documentation to ensure PSM manuals are complete and accurate.
Prepare and present internal audit compliance checks.
Attend monthly PSM meetings.
Prepare monthly PSM reports for management and identify inaccuacies in PSM documentation.
Assist in reviewing existing and potential PSM policies for consistency and compliance with Government agencies.
Help identify, evaluate and implement ideas to enhance monthly processes and systems to support accuracy and increased efficiency of the PSM reporting process.
Ensure that all team members are aware of any changes, document deadlines, or audit notifications and assist team members with preparations for possible inspections.
Assist team members in training and documentation.
Assist maintenance department's personnel in data entry with the SAP and training.
Maintain a level of training that may require additional PSM courses and/or technical training.
Other duties as requested.
Required Experience:
Qualifications/Additional Skills:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus one to three years office experience orequivalent training and experience.
Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Experienced with AS/400 and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Ability to use a 10-key calculator.
Flexibility, initiative, and trouble-shooting skills.
Excellent phone manner and listening skills
Physical Requirements:
While performing the essential functions of this job, the associate is frequently required to sit; hear or talk: use close vision; use hands to grasp, handle or feel objects: and type and manipulate controls. Associate is occasionally required to use distance vision, stand, kneel or crouch and lift up to 25 lbs. and work in sub-freezing temperatures. Ability to travel and support multiple facilities. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
