his is a 2nd or 3rd shift position and is located at the Crete, Nebraska facility.
Job Description
1. Operate production equipment/machinery in a safe and productive manner.
2. Perform job to meet and/or exceed quality standards.
3. Complies with all Nestl and plant-specific policies.
4. Performs all job duties in a safe manner, abiding by all safety rules and policies.
5. Participate in and support the BBS process by performing One Minute Observations every week.
6. Be fully involved in and actively participate in all Nestle Purina Programs and Initiatives. These include but are not limited to NQS, QMS, ROME, NCE, SHIFT HAND OVER, GLOBE, etc.
